Shipping policy

Global Imports provides free delivery across Pakistan on eligible orders.

Orders are normally processed after confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier service, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery is available. Where supported by the courier, customers may open and inspect the parcel before making payment. The product must not be used or damaged during inspection.

Customers must provide a complete address and an active phone number to avoid delivery delays.
